Home Buyer Survey

If you're looking to buy a home that requires renovation, we're able to assist in providing you with financial estimates to bring your future property up to modern standards. 

A mortgage survey will not cover this. The mortgage survey is simply to provide assurance to your mortgage lender their money is secure. Our survey will be separate and will not supersede other surveys.
