Planning Enforcement Appeals
Whether you have been served a demolition notice or a removal of facilities notice for your outbuilding, side / rear or loft extension we are able to assist you.
We offer to represent you for your appeal and our service is inclusive of a site inspection, gathering of evidence and submitting the appeal for written representations. Our fee for this is £1995.
If, however, the Planning Inspectorate decides a hearing is required, then there will be an additional fee of £695 for our attendance. In most cases a hearing is not required.
As part of our service to you, we will also carry out a HHSRS inspection of the outbuilding or self contained side / rear or left extension and advise you of any disrepair that is found and provide you with a schedule of works as explained here and here at no extra cost.
Property Licensing Applications
We are able to assist you with your mandatory HMO, Additional, and Selective licence applications.
Our fees are as follows and do not include a HHSRS inspection:
Mandatory HMO applications up to 5 occupants £449
Mandatory HMO applications 6+ occupants £POA
Additional licensing applications £379
Selective licensing applications £329
*These fees do not include the local authority’s application fee or the cost of any certification that is required i.e. gas safety certificate, EPC, EICR etc
HHSRS Surveys
HHSRS Surveys start from £219 for single family properties and start from £279 for Mandatory HMO properties. Damp and mould will be covered in both types of surveys.
